Raytech can estimate the cost of repairs for your electronic navigation device. After receiving your authorization, we can proceed with the repairs in our shortest turn-around time possible.
Whether under warranty or out-of-warranty, we ask that you fill out our on-line return form. If the unit is out-of-warranty, we ask that you pay for the repair fees at the fixed rate price according to the model of unit.
If sending your unit through the mail, the normal turn-around time is 2-3 weeks as long as we have your model in stock.
